The job market is brutal right now. Will anything actually help?
You're right, it's tough, and I won't pretend otherwise. But companies are still hiring. They're just slower and pickier. When fewer roles are open, the small things matter more: how your CV reads at a glance, how you answer "tell me about yourself", whether you're going for the right roles at all. That's what we fix.
Nobody seems to be hiring for my role.

Why you, and not a career coach or a friend in HR?
Because I was the recruiter. For 7+ years I hired in-house across the EU, UK, APAC and the US, including 100+ hires in one year on my own. I know what gets someone shortlisted and what quietly gets them cut, because I made those calls.
