Terms of service

Last updated: 9 July 2026

By accessing or using this website, or engaging Wander to Win's services, you agree to the following terms.

Wander to Win, a service brand operated by WanderList+Go ("Company"), with services delivered by Daniele Owens (operating publicly as "Ele"), provides fractional recruiting services to companies and career coaching services to individuals. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are set out separately in a written agreement, quote, or invoice, which governs that engagement alongside these Terms.

The Company draws on significant professional experience in every engagement but does not and cannot guarantee any specific result, including but not limited to a successful hire, a job offer, a specific salary outcome, or a specific timeline. Client and coaching outcomes depend on factors outside the Company's control.

Clients and coaching participants agree to provide timely, accurate information reasonably required to deliver the engaged service. The Company is not liable for consequences arising from incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by the client.

Fees are agreed in writing prior to the start of each engagement. Except where otherwise agreed in writing, fees are non-refundable once services have commenced. Late payment may result in pausing of services until payment is received.

All content on this site, including copy, branding, frameworks, methodologies, and templates (e.g. the Four D's framework), is the intellectual property of the Company and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or its services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business opportunity, or data.

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of its services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Company's services will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in New York.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
